Deborah has been a nurse for over 10 years and a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 5 years. She has had a range of experiences including medical/surgical, ER, family practice and convenience care (retail clinic). She has had opportunities to travel around the USA and the world and loves experiencing and learning about other cultures. Some of the other countries she has visited include: Mexico, Honduras, Zimbabwe, Chad, Central African Republic, Burkina Faso, Japan, South Korea and Paris, France.
Deborah enjoys caring for families and individuals across the lifespan from infants to elderly, and is trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, and a Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis. She believes in holistic care – providing care that looks at the person as a whole—rather than just looking at the one issue that brought a client to the clinic on a given day. She recognizes that our physical health is deeply impacted by all areas of our lives, emotional, social, spiritual, cultural and environmental. Deborah loves to build relationships with patients over time. Deborah is available to see patients for both pain as well as other health needs, such as minor illnesses, sports physicals, DOT physicals and some chronic health problem management. Mark has been a family nurse practitioner since 2009 after completing graduate school. He spent 5 years specializing in Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery. Since 2014, he has been working with personal injury and patients have have acute or chronic pain.
Mark is passionate about providing the highest quality of care for his patients. He understands that each patient is unique and develops an individualized treatment plan to help with their particular problem. Mark encourages patients to be educated about their illness and to be an active participant in their health.
Outside of work, Mark lives a healthy lifestyle and frequently engages in physical activity. He has many hobbies and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Mark is consistently working on personal and professional development
