Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Lindsay is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse; board certified as Family Nurse Practitioner. She has experience treating patients across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings. She is passionate about providing a full continuum of care to patients with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, chronic pain as well as other acute and chronic medical conditions.
Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Catherine University and Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University. She also has advanced training and certification as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse Advanced Practice (CARN-AP).
She enjoys getting to know each of her patients and working with them to develop an individualized treatment plan that follows evidenced based medicine and aligns with the most recent clinical guidelines. Lindsay is certified to prescribe buprenorphine maintenance therapy for patients with opioid use disorder. She also prescribes naltrexone including oral tabs and Vivitrol once monthly injections for treatment of alcohol use disorder and opioid use disorder. In addition to prescribed medications, Lindsay uses a variety of clinical tools such as Genesight testing, laboratory results and radio-graphic imaging to assist patients to live a healthy and productive lifestyle.
When not working, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children. She enjoys being outside with her family, working in her garden in the warm weather months and skiing or knitting in the winter.
